3. Herb Subscriber Access

If you are a Ruuted herb subscriber:

Your app access is included at no extra cost.

Access is tied to the email you used at checkout.

We may request verification for security or fraud prevention.

4. Wellness Disclaimer

Ruuted provides wellness and capacity building practices. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Do not use Ruuted as a substitute for professional treatment. Consult a medical professional if you have concerns about your mental or physical health.

5. Payments

Payments for herb subscriptions are handled by third-party processors.

We do not store payment information.

Refunds follow our store or payment processor's policies.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

You violate these Terms

We believe your actions pose risk or harm

You misuse or attempt to exploit the app

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Ruuted — including audio, text, practices, graphics, branding, and software — is owned by Ruuted and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce or reuse content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the app is at your own risk
